Association “Ukrainian Polymeric Industry Representatives Council” was founded and passed the official registration procedure in 2009. Within the framework of Association is registered Arbitration Court resolving disputes between companies which work at polymer market. Association has its own registered quality trademark on polymer production.
Committees of Association:
Investment Committee gives support to Association members in attracting investments, credit financing. The Committee will coordinate the work of Association for increasing investment appeal of polymer industry.
Committee on Work with Government Control and Law-Enforcement Authorities works with compellations of Association members in the sphere of protection of their rights and legitimate interests.
Quality Committee is in charge for development and implementation of industrial quality standards, system of voluntary certification of polymer production quality.
Committee on Defense from Unfair Competition coordinates work of Association on the questions of interests’ protection of its members from unfair competition.
Committee on Work with Insolvent Debtors provides help to Association members on collecting overdue debts from debtors.
Committee on Normative Initiatives (work with bodies of legislative and executive power) makes and promotes projects of legislative instruments aimed at upholding the interests of industry in general and also the interests of Association members in particular.
Development Committee coordinates work of Association for attraction of new members. It will be responsible for business ethics formation in the industry.
Informational Committee introduces analytical information about polymer market to manufacturers.
President of Association "Ukrainian Polymeric Industry Representatives Council" is Andrey Antonov.
Within the framework of Association on permanent basis performs its functions Polymer Club, where burning problems of the industry are being discussed, manufacturers of polymer production receive live information on product and equipment innovations. In addition, leading business consultants of Ukraine take part in Club’s meetings. The 1st meeting of Polymer Club took its place on the 20th of October, 2009.
At the present moment there have been conducted 5 meetings of Polymer Club, in which took part more than 150 Ukrainian polymer companies.
